Directions: Our office is located in the Wasatch Peak Plaza, which is located in the Davis Hospital complex in Layton, Utah. From I-15, take the Layton exit #332 and turn west off the freeway onto Antelope Drive. The Wasatch Peak Plaza is the building nearest to the I-15 on the north side of Antelope Drive. Enter through the main Wasatch Peak Plaza entrance (which faces east) and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. Our office is located in the far northwest corner of the building, the last door on the left (suite 205).
